At VIRUS Performance Apparel, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best fit for your training. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
